Gregory Ibbotson is a service technician and service advisor at Ibbotson Heating Company in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Gregory has been a service technician since 1986, and is certified through NATE (North American Technical Excellence), BPI (Building Performance Institute), HRAI (Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada), NCI (National Comfort Institute) and Unico as an air conditioning and heating service and installation technician. Gregory is also trained and certified as a Level One thermographer.
